Characteristics:

With ultrasonic anilox cleaning is a modern advanced cleaning process. Its working principle is to use the audio transducer ultra high frequency electrical signals into mechanical vibrations passing into the cleaning solution. When a high-power ultrasonic wave propagation in the cleaning solution, the cleaning liquid molecules by intense agitation and vibration, resulting in the formation of numerous small bubbles constantly and burst. Under ultrasonic action, the instantaneous formation of these tiny bubbles burst and have a strong impact, so immersed in the cleaning solution and the anilox surface mesh in ink, fine dust and dirt quickly peeled off, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the anilox roll.
